Waghbil is situated in the north of Thane West. It is located out of Thane city. Waghbil is nearly 9.9 km away from Thane railway station and has close proximity to NH 42 which is merely 3 km. Earlier, it was a village and outside the Thane limits but now the locality has been added under Thane.
