The first stage of process typically involves either a phone call to our office (905) 737-1600 or, an email directed to jobs@staffingsrvs.com.
The next stage will involve an exchange of information. We want to know of any questions or concerns you may have about utilizing our expert services so that were both clear on what should be considered realistic expectations. Youll also be asked to provide an up-to-date resume so that we can determine your unique skills, talents and employable attributes everyone has them!
After this initial assessment, you may be called in for a screening interview. Appropriate dress-code is to be expected. Here, well go over your resume with you, ask any questions that may still be unclear about your work history and will generally establish the foundations for what will hopefully lead to a first-name-basis working relationship.
The next step, depending on each position, involves some independent research on your part whereby youll be encouraged to look-over our Video-Tutorials page to brush up on helpful tips about everything from writing resumes and cover letters, to conducting yourself favorably and professionally during an interview.
Finally, youll get a call from one of the members of our team at Staffing Services notifying you that we have an opportunity to present to you, or that weve presented your credentials to one of our Clients (potential employers) and that theyve expressed a genuine interest in meeting with you to explore the possibility of whether or not you would make a good fit at their company. Well encourage you to research their company prior to the interview and will offer any last minute tips and advice that may be specific to the type of person theyre looking for.

Word of Mouth is the act of consumer providing information to other consumers.
Word of Mouth Marketing means giving people a reason to talk about your product or brand and forward it to others. WOM acknowledges the importance of customers endorsing their products or brands. WOM is the most honest form of marketing. By its very nature, viral marketing campaign is unlike which has been done before which means there is no formula,no stats and no guarantee in advance. Results can only be proven retrospectively by which it can be too late for those results to have any more meaning than the knowledge that viral marketing works in priciple. Even the successful campaigns of past wont be able to replicate same kind of success if used by competitors. Its very high risk and high gain means of marketing. Also the cost is not measured in financial terms but in the way customers perceive the brand. For this to happen, viral campaign must be able to stimulate emotional resposne from the prospects.
The campaign should not be fake otherwise same campaign can backfire. I am not sure if there is any empirical evidence which proves if it really makes difference to the bottomline. Much like television advertising, it is not always clear wheather people have purchased a product due to TV commercial or due to varios brand promotions across various platforms. All I can say is it works.
