Territory/Routes

  • The territory for this position will service a multitude of retailers and assignments are normally 30 miles or less from your home zip code

 

Responsibilities/Working individually or together as a team to:

  • Maintaining shelf presence
  • Merchandising
  • Stocking and replenishing designated sections at retail
  • Accountable for set displays, inventory integrity
  • Installing point of purchase materials

Retail merchandising does require reading and following  rules/similar to a blue print and often at times may require heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, bending and stooping. We are willing to train the right candidates who have a can do attitude.

Hours

  • Hours will fluctuate based on types of projects and client needs
  • Resets and Remodels are normally seasonal (Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall) 32-40 hours per week, 6-8 weeks in length
  • Starting times for resets are typically around 7/8 a.m. and some overtime work may be necessary to complete the assignment and adhere to our client’s schedule and project expectations. 
  • It is important that those on our reset teams are willing to be flexible with their schedules and stay till the job is complete
  • Blitz assignments allow for you to create your own schedule and work part time hours
  • Hours for blitz assignments vary, but range from 1-5 hours

Environment

As a retail merchandiser you will work in many different retail environments ranging from department, grocery, pharmacies, big box, and more.  You will also work in a variety of departments such as cosmetics, candy, beverage, apparel, and many more.
